Amir Tyson, the son of Mike Tyson and Monica Turner recently took to Instagram and informed the world about the demise of his beloved grandmother. While it is an irreparable loss, Amir thanked his grandma for helping him be the man he is today. He held her in high regard and with her guidance and love, graduated from the American University with a major in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in History.
With his grandma’s affection encouraging him, at the young age of 21, Amir also founded Debonaire Attire. And since his mother Monica Turner suffered from Multiple Sclerosis, Amir made it his aim to donate a significant portion of his income from Debonaire Attire to the research for a possible cure for the disease. Undoubtedly, given his dedication to leaving the world a better place, his grandma will today continue to boast of Amir wherever she may be.
Amir Tyson is going to miss his grandma “dearly”
According to Amir’s post, his grandma passed away on the 13th of September. In his own words, his grandma was one of the most important figures in his life. Likewise, he wrote that he will miss her dearly. However, he said he was glad that she was now in a better place. Undoubtedly, fans were genuinely sorry to have heard about Amir Tyson and his family’s loss.
Reacting to Amir’s post, one said, “Sorry for your loss. Prayers for the departed,”.
Similarly, another fan wrote, “Thoughts and prayers for you and your family“.
In the same vein, one fan sympathetically said, “My condolences, brother“.
On the other hand, another declared that they were sorry for Amir and his family’s loss. “You are in my prayers,” they added.

While the fans sent their condolences, Monica Turner recalled how Amir’s grandma would love to make him happy.

Besides the fans, Monica Turner reacted to Amir’s post. Although Amir’s grandma would do anything for her grandkids, Turner that she especially loved to make Amir happy. “She cooked for you and loved to watch scary movies with you 🙂,” Turner added. Along these lines, Turner called Amir’s grandma “our fierce angel“. “Always watching over and protecting as she did in life,” Turner added.
