Nick Kyrgios has teased a project with former heavyweight world champion Mike Tyson.

Australian Kyrgios posted a picture with Iron Mike on social media as the pair met up at the Ultimate Tennis Showdown [UTS] tournament in California.

The 2022 Wimbledon finalist said: “Perfect chaos… something big coming….”

Kyrgios did not allude to what that ‘something big’ was, but Tyson is known to be a huge tennis fan.

He is regularly seen at the US Open in New York, while also made the trip to Paris for this year’s French Open.

Cannabis-loving Tyson was also pictured smoking in the image the tennis star shared.

Kyrgios’ injury forced him to miss the UTS tournament in California and instead took on the role of coach for Francis Tiafoe.

The 28-year-old had to pull out of Wimbledon after sustaining a torn ligament in his wrist, while recovering from knee surgery.

“I’m really sad to say that I have to withdraw from Wimbledon this year. I tried my hardest to be ready after my surgery and be able to step on the Wimbledon courts again,” he said.

“During my comeback I experienced some pain in my wrist … as a precaution I had it scanned and it came back showing a torn ligament in my wrist.

“I tried everything to be able to play and I am disappointed to say that I just didn’t have enough time to manage it before Wimbledon.”
